The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Dorking Airport Specialist. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

Dorking Airport Specialist, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Dorking Airport Specialist shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from your failure to allocate ample time or be ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a car size suitable for passengers and luggage. Dorking Airport Specialist does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Children, irrespective of age, are considered individual passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. Prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT and any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust quotes in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time will incur standard Dorking Airport Specialist waiting rates. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you'll receive a booking confirmation. Review it thoroughly, and any discrepancies not notified to Dorking Airport Specialist absolve us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 Passengers' behavior is your responsibility. Soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle may result in charges for cleaning.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Carriage is limited to the number of passengers specified by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 Timely cancellation is crucial. Charges apply if cancellation occurs after dispatch, based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.

Liability

6.1 While we strive for timely arrivals, Dorking Airport Specialist is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not liable for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we'll arrange an alternative car to expedite your journey.

6.4 You won't indemnify Dorking Airport Specialist for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract obligations, and you may not transfer your obligations or rights.

8.2 Dorking Airport Specialist can modify terms and conditions by updating this page. Review regularly for changes; existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Data processing follows the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement represents the complete understanding between Dorking Airport Specialist and yourself.

8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date; Dorking Airport Specialist is not obligated to consider claims or disputes beyond this
